Welcome to the Books, Books, Books Griffith Review series, a collaboration between Books, Books, Books and Griffith Review, Australia’s leading literary journal, produced out of Griffith University in Brisbane.
Griffith Review, founded in 2003 by Professor Julianne Schultz, produces four themed editions a year, each with a selection of fiction and non-fiction writing by established and emerging writers from Australia and overseas. I will be interviewing Dr Ashley Hay, editor of Griffith Review since 2018, about each edition.
Griffith Review describes itself as “iconoclastic and non-partisan, with a sceptical eye, a pragmatically reforming heart, always ready to debate ideas”. I can’t think of a brand I would rather be associated with and I so look forward to these regular conversations with Ashley about important issues of the day. I hope they stimulate your thoughts and conversations.
